The RB18 and W13 have apparently been homologated. Either the rumors weren't true about the crash test failures (Merc denied them) or they fixed them.
The RB18 reveal date is, according to rumor, because they are waiting on a sponsorship deal that is slow to finalize.
Looking forward to seeing the liveries. I hope the Arrows are silver again and Ferrari picks a proper shade of rosso.

The Merc rumors were a while back, and possible even expected. I'm sure they test the limits with what they can get away with.
The RBR rumors are pretty fresh, maybe they missed or maybe it is a pretty easy solution.
Even so, strange how that holds up reveals. It isn't like we see the actual cars, we see some prototype with widgets attached and not attached.
Ferrari has been confirmed to be red. Hopefully gloss. Merc has said they will be silver, but I imagine some black will remain. It just looks too damn good.

RB just jumped the queue and announced the RB18 launch date will be 2/9 (via Twitter) which is the day before Aston Martin who was going to be the first. I think Haas and Williams are the only ones left TBD.
