Its comical that mercedes is brraking track records at every track and nobody bats an eye. And thats without their quali/party mode anymore. They are just toying with everyone else right now.
Ok thats my mercedes rant for the weekend.
Should be a good race. Hopefully, a couple cars can get in front of bottas and split the mercedes.
Maybe max can get a good jump and take p1 off the start.

Max should be able to make good jump. If the engine can hold up for the race is another question.
HAM starting on softs is going to add another wrinkle. If/when a caution comes out it is all about who has the advantage.

Hamilton is the best driver with the best car with the best luck (such as barely making it past the line in Q2). He laughs at Max in P2. He and the rest of us know the only way he loses is if something outside of his control happens.
Let's go Ricciardo. I feel like tomorrow is his day. Having said that, he'll get 4th. I'm also saying (hoping) Russell gets a point.

Danny has a really good shot. Hamilton being on second strategy is a lot more of a factor than people will believe. This track is shredding tires and apparently fooling a lot of drivers. Hamilton having to push after an early stop might push some drivers to overdrive and make some mistakes. Bring out some cautions.

He got helped by the Lewis penalty, but he did get the position from max at the start which won him the race.

I didn't like that penalty RIC got. I get the race director instructions and all, but Carlos made it obvious that making them take that route for dropping two tires could be a lot worse.
Would have rathered the normal two warnings then a penalty for track limits type thing.
