I'm going to try to make Austin next year, we were hoping to make the trip this year before being cancelled.

Anyone here listed to the Missed Apex podcast? On the latest episode they were saying Kvyat's seatbelts came off in Portugal and his team instructed him to keep going. I can't find any reference online anywhere but holy shite if true.

I can't do Austin next year. I'll have to settle for Indy here in Nashville.

Here's the reddit thread they mentioned on the show with a video of the onboard and radio. LINK It's pretty wild no one caught him during the race and even wilder that there hasn't been a FIA reprimand/penalty after the fact.

Holy shite, I can't believe with this and the Leclerc deal earlier in the year where he took his belts off and went full send for 2 laps doesn't even garner so much as a warning.

I highly recommend doing mexico city one year, was such a good time. Plus cost 1/20th of what my Monaco trip was...

Have you been to the Austin track? If so, how would you compare the atmosphere? I'm in between MC and Austin for next year but leaning MC.

Looking at MC too. Want to do Canada as well, but it might be too early in the year for all the covid shite to have settled down.

Curious what you paid. Have looked at a couple different option.

One was on a yacht with a bunch of Fins that travel to most of the Euro races together.

Also looked at Canada. I like the idea of the stands in MC... and rooting for Perez >>>>> Latifi and Stroll

Welp, this weekend is going to be interesting

ConstantinoplePark was just repaved (finished some 10 days ago) and there is zero traction... none... zilch

No rubber on the track at all... FP1 and FP2 were both like cars driving on ice, so the track decided they were going to send out street cars to run at night and try to lay down rubber

YouTube video 4 hours ago

Well, now it's raining

I was supposed to do Singapore this year... Thanks COVID.

Never been to a race in person and that was going to pop my cherry.

I hope this rain continues, this qualifying order could be a mess if so.

ETa: I mean Ocon is currently fastest and they’re still deleting lap times for track limits which is hilarious given they can barely stay on track.

Red flag. It was entertaining, but that’s probably the best choice. These guys can barely make it around the track.
