And last year they predicted the Rockets would win 57 games. They were 8 games better than that with 65 wins.

The year before that they predicted the Rockets would win 45 games. They were 10 games better than that with 55 wins.

In 2015 when the Rockets went to the Conference Finals and won 56 games and were the 2 seed, they predicted the Rockets were going to finish 11 games worse with 45 wins and an 8th seed.

It seems for some reason fivethirtyeight continues to underrate the Rockets every year by about 10 wins. So based on that, I'd predict that this year the Rockets win somewhere between 62 to 65 games.

Rockets are still clearly better than the Jazz though.

Butler doesn’t wanna be there. That team has a high chance of having a bad lockerroom. KAT is soft, Wiggins just isn’t good. Butler is their alpha dog.

True, but it could all get smoothed out going into the season. Butler doesn't seem like the type of guy to create a ton of drama in the locker room. KAT might be a lowkey headcase.

What do you mean Butler isn't the type? Have you forgotten his time in Chicago?

Pistons are a better team than 39-43. They were on a 50-win pace with Reggie Jackson in the lineup last year, and that is not taking into account acquiring Blake Griffin and Coach Casey.

I personally think 48 wins for the Nuggets is too low.

52 wins for the sixers is too high.

43 wins for the pacers seems way too low.

40 wins for the spurs, 30 for the Cavs, and 25 for the Knicks all seem much too low

40 wins for the Spurs?? They won 47 last year and didn't have Kawhi for virtually the whole season.

Next season they will have added DeRozen.

I’m just going by the 538 prediction. I think it’s too early to say that anyone is clearly better than the Jazz (outside of the Warriors), because we don’t know how much better Spida will be next season.

Can’t decide whether to complain about the Lakers being underrated or troll Lebron for going from the King who could carry any team to the finals to barely making the playoffs in the West.

I know we will always hear about Kennard being drafted before Mitchell, but I honestly think Kennard will be good if given the minutes.

I was watching some of his game highlights a few months ago and he has a really smooth game. 14/4/3 per 36 and 41.5% from three. I think he could put up 12-16 PPG this year and be a candidate for MIP.

The Griffin trade was pretty terrible IMO. Paying Blake 32-37 mil a year is outrageous. He’s not a top 20 player, might not be top 30.

Already have the champ for the 2019 season.

Now that's exciting.

The Lakers are a tough team to evaluate. So much of their potential is wedded to how Ingram and Ball develop.

That entire group of teams with the Wolves, Sixers, Lakers and Nuggets is really tough to predict because they all have a lot of youth.

At the low point, trump was winning in 13,000 simulations out of 100,000.
He usually won 20,000 simulations.
At the time the election happened he was doing much better in.simulations after comey publicly attacked her in declarations to the house.
The 2nd comey message defeated Clinton. things had changed since the pussy grabbing tape came out.
You like to believe stuff that never happened. Why?
I guess its about declaring truth to be fake when you can't stand the truth.

The actual stimulation was probably better than 40,000 wins out of 100,000 - for trump right before they voted.
Not 2,000.
I wonder if you know he won by 10,000 20,000. Penn and mich.
She wins if she pulls those.
As usual, a low percentage voted. Voter suppression was effective. Imho The point of facebooking by Russian military was to get people so fed up they didn't vote.

Kennard is solid. His defense needs work, but he’s a solid athlete.

Whether Pistons fans like the financials of this trade or not, Griffin makes them a better team. With Jackson and Drummond, this is one of the best trios in the East

Will they actually start Kennard, though? I think they should

I doubt it. Will likely be Bullock. Kennard’s game is better suited off the bench, IMO, at least at this stage of his career.
