For the final pick in the draft, he’s a fine QB in a good system and situation, but he shouldn’t be in the discussion of MVP or the top QBs in the league.

The knock on Purdy is he can play extremely well with a lead. But does he have what it takes to come back against a good team? So far in his career, the answer is no.
Inners are not going to come back tonight. So no, Purdy is not the guy. Pretty boy on a good team. There’s a reason he was picked last.

He doesn’t suck, but when he’s bad he’s really bad. No different than a lot of QBs.
