I picked Byrd to win 5a, so I guess I have to stick with them.

Northshore resident here, shocked Mandeville is still in and St Paul isnt.. However, anybodys guess now..
Mandeville has some huge WR's which will give problems to smaller DBs.

I've seen Mandeville and WM play. Mandeville is obviously a better team but going to WM is no easy task. I'll take the Skippers by 3.

I know nothing about Mandeville and have only seen West Monroe a couple of times this year on the internet. Both teams have to be pretty good to have made it to the semis, so I'd be surprised if it wasn't a good game either way.

hope Mandeville can somehow beat WM up there. and for Byrd to win, obviously. don't want the Jackets to have to play WM again.

Mandeville has a great defensive coordinator and it will be interesting how they adjust to play WM.

Carencro runs a very effective Navy triple option with a big back and a smaller quick Back. Very one dimensional but very hard to stop, they have a great shot

Playing Carencro reminds me of playing Acadiana with the veer. If you match up well against it and your entire defense plays disciplined, assignment football you have a chance. If not it's gonna get ugly.

No they arent very very good, the only team they played thats comparable to West Monroe was St.Paul and they got destroyed. Im hoping they pull it off but WM should win easily.
