I'll throw out 2007 USC/Stanford as a sleeper. Greatest point spread upset in college football history. Also the beginning of the Carroll/Harbaugh hatred.

2008 game was the GOAT
That game was the Washington version of Oregon's Toilet Bowl in the 80's.
Both teams sucked but UW had one of the worst teams of all time. Thanks Notre Dame!
Battle of inertia...close game because of Ty.

And of course,
One of the great games from the past 15 years...and maybe the best finish in the BCS era.
2005 Capital One Bowl...
Too soon for this board?
Was a great game and great finish, can't deny it...just like Oklahoma fans can't deny Boise or Michigan can't deny Michigan State.

Leaving out games involving UF or our rivals so there's no bias:
2003 Fiesta Bowl
2006 Rose Bowl
2006 Michigan @ Ohio State
2013 Alabama @ Auburn
2015 B10CG

UT @ Cal (2007)
The only thing I remember about this game were all the hippies living in the trees outside the stadium (I think Cal wanted to tear them down for a new practice field or something).

Watched this one live in Iraq. The kickers kept missing and it just wouldn't end.

those mid 2000s cal teams just had so much random talent

2005 - USC v Texas
2006 - Boise St v Oklahoma
2013 - UCF v Baylor
2013 - Alabama v Auburn
2013 - UCF v Louisville
2007 - LSU v Florida
2011 - LSU v Oregon
Ok, so two of those are clearly personal bias picks, but they were also great games (Bortles v Bridgewater last 10 minute fireworks, largest BCS bowl upset up to that point).

I actually liked the '04 & '06 LSU-Auburn games better. All three left a bitter taste in my mouth for a bit.
My 2 favorites would be '06 Rose Bowl, cand '13 Iron Bowl, though I usually prefer defensive battles.

#1 is no contest for me. Oklahoma vs. Boise State. Hard to imagine that game ever being topped for me.

Obviously this had a bitter ending for us but games like this is what makes CFB the greatest sport on earth. An underdog playing their heart out and McFadden was borderline untackleable.
(Our next two games helped ease the pain!)

I would remove this one and replace it with a game that actually counted.
Your list is actually damn near perfect minus that game.
So remove TGOTC (that didn't count because the wrong team won) and put in OSU beating Miami for the BCSNC.

When Ian Johnson dropped down after scoring with winning 2pt conversion to propose to his cheerleader girlfriend, that pretty much solidified that as the greatest college football game ever.

I am shocked nobody has mentioned the 2003 Miami Florida game.
Miami scores on opening kickoff (Devin Hester)
Florida takes a 23 point lead
Miami scores 28 straight to win it. (Brock Berlin throws winning td)
