How are we this far into the thread and no one has commented that Arthur Blank is putting himself into the the Falcons Ring of Honor. That's pretty funny to me.

That is the best part. He is going to get the fans liquored up and rowdy for the Ring of Honor thing with this promotion.

Isn’t Mercedes Benz Stadium also already one of the cheapest places you can go stadium concessions wise? I’ve heard they’ve got like Sam’s Club Cafe prices.

Blank and Augusta National are the only two entities I can think of who purposefully price concessions severely under market average. An attempt to measure the value of Brand good will generated from those decisions would be an interesting marketing thesis. (well, as interesting as a thesis could be)

The Saints or LSU would say, “Help us to celebrate such and such, by buying this special edition souvenir cup for $40!! If you buy this cup, you get rewarded with one hot dog and a side of fries!! Limit one reward per transaction. No refills allowed.”
