LA Coliseum Raider games back in the day...when it got dark, damn...the area around the Coliseum was frightening in the late 80's.

Not feared for my life but I knew we were going to get in a fight with some Tenn fans before the night was up at the 2001 SECCG. I have never seen a more arrogant group in my life up until Alabama came back on the map from sucking arse for 20 years these past few years.

The way they acted going into the stadium could not have been any more different then the way they acted leaving. Punk POS's never said a word leaving that game. Never did get into a brawl though, just a shoving match before the game that was broke up by cops in about 10 seconds. I figured after the game was going to be ten times worse. I guess getting beat by a RSFreshman QB really killed all the tough guys.

There's nothing sophisticated about sports but if I had to give this title away it would be CFB by a mile

DO WHAT?So you went to HS in Ga and had the STATE
of GA help fund your education?

Good God,not sure POS is good enough description.

OK,it would be one thing if you were in grad school (stated before) or maybe if you went directly from La to UGA as a freshman...but you pull this shite and wear LSU colors at a UGA home game.

Yea, remind me which fan base chants "suck that tiger dick, bitch." The height of class right there

I'm pretty much with you here.

I just don't get the dynamic at all.

What's the guy gonna reminisce about? Remember that epic undefeated season, when I was a Freshman at UGA and WE beat US in the SEC Championship Game?

Yeah I didn't realize he got Hope. So he was a GA resident going to UGA cheering for LSU? Very strange although his family most likely moved to GA after Katrina, or at least that's the only explanation I can come up with.

He's a Georgia fan, good luck with that

I mean, frick, I've seen Michigan fans at Michigan State and know of Michigan fans going attending Ohio State.

It's weird, but it doesn't bother me like it does some

Don't have to tell me, I live here!

I have a daughter who graduated from LSU and a son there now. My 2nd daughter is going to Georgia. It will be a nice tuition break for me.

I'm a piece of shite for legally taking advantage of a scholarship program offered by the state I pay taxes in and play the lottery in? You're out of your fricking mind. I guess I should've called the state to tell them, "Hey, thanks for the offer, but I'm still going to pull for LSU over Georgia in sports, so I can't take your money."

I really hope you didn't graduate from UGA. Ignorant morons like yourself devalue my degree.

My family did not move here after Katrina, but my entire family are LSU fans and grads.

Ummm yeah. We aren't talking about Harvard here. LSU fans and Saints fans are often one in the same, so while you get the good fans, you also get the shite fans.

I've never heard anything bad about SAINTS fans, been to SAINTS and LSU games. I've seen video of LSU fans on youtube using racial slurs, I've heard racial slurs in Tiger Stadium, seen LSU fans cuss out people, be rude to opposing fans, flipping people off, cussing at OLDER fans(50-60 range) from other schools that's there supporting their school.

I've been to SAINTS and CHIEFS games for NFL, didn't see one fight, one fan being harassed, etc. Now I've seen drunk fans, fans cussing, but they cuss at the officials, or a bad play not at other fans.

End of discussion, nice to have your little girl at a COLLEGE game and have her hear that word. You can hear it on youtube videos. But LSU fans are waaaay more classier than NFL fans.

Closest I've ever come was 2002 LSU Arky game. I was a LSU student at the time and a friend from Arky got me a ticket with him in the Pigs student section.

Things had been heating up between me and some of the Pig faithful through the game. Once they hit a series of hail marys to win the game in the final seconds it seemed every Pig within eyesight was coming for me. That was the fastest I have ever exited a stadium.
