They both suck for the most part. I've gone almost to exclusively podcast and Dan Patrick Show.

Sad to see how far ESPN radio has fallen. I used to love it when they had Tony Kornheiser, Dan & Dibbs, Chuck Wilson, and Todd Wright. Honestly, I haven’t listened since SVP left.

I enjoy the show with Whitlock and Cowherd as long as they are not talking about Kaepernick. They sprinkle in Broussard and some other guys for variety.

I hate-listen to the morning show due to Nick Wright. I don't mind CC.

Not sure what the rest of the shows are. I'm guessing Cowherd's regular show (meh) and Skip/Shannon? Shannon is funny in small doses.

I agree, but I think Fox Sports radio is getting to be just as bad about constantly being in commercial break too. I loathe all sports talk commercials where you get the short but extended lip w/ a take from one of the other shows, they last forever when it’s someoene who’s voice you can’t stand.

Outside of the morning show (Which sometimes the morning show can be terrible radio), Pat Mcafee & chicks in the office. That station is kind of shite.

I like Dan Patrick Show, used to watch that on NBC Sports. Something I guess I like about Fox Sports Radio is that there is less polish there. It feels more like authentic conversation and less like someone reading off a script, which is sometimes how ESPN radio sounds like.

That's kind of funny because I feel like I know when Cowherd & Whitlock are about to deliver an extremely obvious hot take.

Absolutely. Fox Sports Radio is much better, although there are a few idiots there that also waste time talking about nonsense that has nothing to do with sports. Unfortunately, Fox Sports Radio isn’t as widely distributed for some reason. My local hometown radio has carried ESPN Radio for the last 2 decades. Every time I visit my parents I’m stuck listening to it.

Small talk about something other than sports was one of the hallmarks of Van Pelt. But Van Pelt knew how to correctly balance the sports and the non-sports. It was like just shooting the breeze with a couple of friends.

Before BR dropped Foxsports i liked the Steve Gorman show. He was the drummer from the Black Crowes but he knows sports

I firmly believe that Will Cain is better with a co-host. But I highly doubt he will get one this year.

Interesting. I always hated Steve Gorman Sports. I find both of the hosts annoying jackasses. JT The Brick is one of the best shows on national radio now. ESPN Radio has been garbage for the past 10-15 years. When they had Chuck Wilson, Tony Bruno, Peter Brown, Chris Mohr, Erik Kuselias a long time ago it was really good.

Yep, his show and podcast are a great follow.

I can't stand Portnoy & KFC in the afternoon. It's repetitive radio.

Does the Barstool show talk about all sports? Or just more NBA and NFL I have little interest in?
