Quite possibly the dumbest thing I’ve heard from a team. So what did they want him to do? Take the first snap, take a knee and then sit the bench for the next 59 minutes?

Eli is absolute trash. Definition of mediocre NFL QB.

Giants had a HOF head coach in Coughlin and some all-time great defensive front 7's. That's why they won those Super Bowls. They could rush the passer without blitzing like no other team in the league because they had so many bad arse defensive linemen.
