Matt Stafford has had absolutely no O line, never had a running game- hasn't had a RB rush for 100 yards for him since 2012, no star WR's, Jim Caldwell is his head coach and he's playing damn good football and has the sorry arse Detroit Lions at 6-5 and every game they've lost has been close.

I'm surprised he hasn't thrown in the towel. He's won two Super Bowls and has been in the league for what - 14, 15 seasons now? He's made plenty of money and he never struck me as that guy that just lived and breathed football or New York City for that matter.
He could buy or build an amazing home in New Orleans or the downtown Square in Oxford and kick back.
