Hibbert was set in that spot. In no way should he have to move out of Lebron's way. He didn't slide in there and draw contact.

Hibbert can definitely go up for the ball. Pretty sure whether it's a defensive foul or not is based on whether he had established position before Lebron started his drive. I don't recall whether he did or not.
