Thank you Jesus!

Fans of Boston sports teams have just gotten a really raw deal these past 2 decades, a real shame they couldn't catch this one break tonight.

The Larry Bird trophy going to the team that just beat the shite out of the Celtics. Love it.

Sucks when you don't develop an offense beyond isos.

Yes he is. I am stunned at the grit of this Miami team.. but it looks like the BETTER team won this.

I stupidly listened to my friend in Denver who said “don’t bet on the Nuggets” a month ago. Could have had them +400.

Jimmy needs to give that trophy right to Caleb Martin immediately!

What I would give to have Spo as the Pels coach. I think he’s truly one of 2-3 coaches in the game that can actually overcome talent through their play calling. He’s got a lifetime contract down there at this point

No shot what a joke, butler didn’t shoot over 50% in a single game and barely beat out Martin in points who was far more efficient

Congrats to boxerrumble and all other Heat fans.

Also, Caleb Martin was incredible this series. Averaged single digit points in the regular season. Had at least 14 points in each game this series.

Jimmy averaged about 24, 7, and 6.

Caleb Martin was awesome, but averaged 19, 7, and 2.

Now do shooting efficiency.

I'll take the uber efficient 19/7/2 over the very inefficient 24/7/6

Not sure if anyone else saw, but

Anything to Jimmy B not wanted to hold the Cousy trophy after Bam offered it to him? He clearly was shacking his head no

He was bad in game 6. Outside of that, it really wasn’t all that bad.

He was the biggest reasons they won games 1 & 2, and that gets taken into consideration for the Series MVP. It would have been awesome if Caleb Martin won, but I think it makes sense that Jimmy win. JMO obviously and I can understand why you’d feel otherwise.

Eta: looks like Jimmy won by 1 vote.
