It's entertaining. That's all that matters.

Stallworth never committed murder....

Surprised at how many keep feeding the Travis troll. He's pretty good at what he does. Just incites the masses. He's a not-so-shitty Skip Bayless, for whatever reason. I'm curious to know if he's like that in real life, or just puts up a front for clicks

Because it wasn't someone you're close to that died right?

I guess the severity of a sentence is relative.
Most of y'all are so uninformed on the stallworth incident. It's par for the course for tigerdroppings tards though

The man crossed a 40mph highway in non crosswalk. Stallworh was .12 during the incident, which is legally drunk and a mistake but far from being hammered. Most people have driven at this amount

Also, stallworth chose to stop and render aid to the man and call for help

Also, Stallwroth most likely was going to be found innocent as the man crossing the street committed a crime of not using tje crosswalk. Analysis showed even if sober the man stood a chance of being hit. However, stallworth chose to plead guilty against his lawyers wished as he felt the moral obligation to do so

I find it funny that driving drunk is characterized as a "mistake" but jaywalking is a "crime".

Drunk is drunk, and if you kill someone while driving drunk, you have killed someone while driving drunk.

Donte Stallworth is the Tennessee fan of pedestrian murderers.

It was definitely off topic but Clay wrote about 7,000 words on the topic and Stallworth comes with "I disagree". What should Clay have done? Write another 7,000 words? If you disagree with Clay, maybe the burden is on you to point out the inaccuracies in his column.

You're POS for justifying this as just a mistake.

That's pretty weak from Clay. "You committed a crime!". Shouldn't a professional writer be able to do better?

Well first of all, Stallworth didn't actually counter anything in the post he referenced, he just mocked it with no explanation, so what was he supposed to do, repeat himself?

He actually addressed it perfectly by recognizing it only warranted a response in kind.

WTF. You basically said driving drunk is ok, no big deal, but jaywalking makes someone a criminal.

Right?

That's almost DOUBLE the legal limit here in Oregon. But it's just an honest mistake I guess. Maybe I was just raised differently.

.12 isn't that much.

What time in the morning was it? .12 after not drinking for about 6 hours would have someone groggy as all hell.

Still, i don't care how much you've had to drink if you're driving responsibly. At the end of the day, I want people driving safe, period.

How was it his fault that he hit an idiot?

Nice straw man. Have you ever in your life driven after 3 beers?

Yalls reading comprehension is that of a 5 year old

Both are crimes. Both are mistakes

Most people have driven after a few drinks. But nothing happens. Stallworth hit someone that crossed a major highway by jumping over a divider. It's so illogical how he becomes such a thug POS when so many here have committed the same crime

Also, the man stop and rendered help. I'm sorry, but to me a piece of shite would not do tbst
