Well I sort of agree. Brady deserves better than this, but Goodell knows he can't back off his BS now.

Couldn't agree with TRUMP more - Goodell is the most incompetent commissioner in the history of American major league sports and BRADY is literally GOAT.

Cannot believe how many jealous cucks are taking an anti-Brady stance in this matter.

that the NFL isn't in charge off

the 4 time super bowl winning QB cheating while playing for a team that has been caught cheating before is sorta a big deal for the NFL

Because of Brady's appeal.

He shouldn't have cheated. The Pats shouldn't have cheated.

So, they got caught, they should accept the punishment.

And yes, the punishment is suitable, considering they have been doing this for nearly a decade, and it has provided a clear advantage for them.

Again, the only thing from that quote that might not be completely fricking retarded is him saying Brady is his friend.

But the "this country has bigger problems" line really takes the dumbass cake.

You are exactly right. I don't see why people don't get this. Whenever there is behavior that calls into question the integrity and legitimacy of the product on the field, you have to come down hard. The fact that Brady is a great player doesn't make him above the rules (see Rodriguez, Alex). Some people just hate the Commissioner so much that they will always question his judgment, I guess.

I'm not remotely a liberal, but whatever. Thinking that people ought to be held accountable for their actions and accept the consequences of their misdeeds is actually, in many ways, the opposite of liberalism. And by the way, thinking that Donald Trump is a moron (on this or any other issue) does not make you a liberal, either.

And if you can't see the irony of someone running for president taking the time to speak out on "deflategate" and criticizing other people for wasting time on the issue, I feel sorry for you.

If you really think that deflating a balls PSI by like 7% is cheating than you are part of what's wrong with America - pussies everywhere

So, the Patriots just magically stopped fumbling the ball when they hired that due to handle the game balls?

Actually they do since those numbers have been debunked multiple times.
