Yea, it'll play to Par 72 (I'm assuming) and shorter. These fairways were 40+ yards wide so they shouldn't have problem, especially since they are watering the greens.

For the most part he's only buying high-end courses with notoriety. I'm just laughing at him critiquing the re-design of Pinehurst the day before purchasing Turnberry.

i had mentioned to a few friends that if i drove up to a course that looked like that i would think to myself WTF is this.
i understand that it was suppose to look like a links course but that looks just does not work if it is not bordering a large body of water.

I thought that the native areas looked too easy for those guys. The rough usually is one of the big factors in the majors and they didn't seem to have any trouble getting out of the native areas.
