Man had a .677 winning percentage over 33 seasons which is absolutely insane. That's basically a 11-5 record for 33 consecutive seasons.

Was great at adapting. Went from the best rushing attack in the 70s to the greatest QB to ever throw a football.

There's several players on those 70s teams who deserve more HoF consideration. Dick Anderson, for one.
