The Dolphins absolutely are worse with Bridgewater instead of Tua. If you are even hinting at Tua’s injury having no effect or a negligible effect on the game, see yourself out.
Tua produced 6 points tonight. Not sure why saying tonight he wasn’t better than Bridgewater is controversial. That’s not saying Bridgewater is a better QB in general

The conversation hasn’t strayed from “who gives Miami the better chance to win tonight.”
I think it’s probably Tua.
Bridgewater having slightly better stats in this sample size isn’t that significant.
Hill and Waddle are pretty important to this offense and I’m not sure if Waddle even got looked at after Tua went out. That isn’t an exaggeration. I don’t think Teddy even looked at him.

You’re being too kind.
There’s no thinking needed, it’s definitively Tua.
Bridgewater having slightly better stats in a small sample size is entirely irrelevant.
LSU fans can’t let the bias and hatred of Tua stop them from being objective. Tua was playing at an MVP level (albeit the season is insanely young). Bridgewater is a journeyman backup.

You forgot to add that you’re an LSU and Bengals fan to give credibility to your post

Anyone have a link to Tua’s concussion hit?

What? He had a great game, really half, against Baltimore. That’s not “playing at an MVP level”.
He’s a good QB when he’s healthy, but their offense, again outside of one half against Baltimore, hasn’t exactly been lighting up the scoreboard. It’s fun to watch them in space, but them seem to struggle to finish drives.

Ok , enough is enough. We’re 3 weeks into the season, nobody is the leader in the mvp or even playing at that level because we don’t know what that level is yet.
Teddy was just as good as tua as well, in this game. Can we wait till week 6 before we say someone’s playing at the level good enough to win the mvp.

Tua wasn’t checking down well last night. If his primary read wasn’t there he was done, and that may be due to him being concussed the prior week, or just having a short week period. He did have a perfect ball dropped in the back of the end zone though, and was driving before we was sacked.
The Dolphins offense has looked better in the second half anyways all season. They are great at adjustments. Bridgewater is a good backup QB no doubt.

Their offense is awesome to watch, but they bog down inside the 10. They don’t have a RB that can muscle into the end zone and when the field is condensed that speed they have is negated. If they start finishing those drives they’re going to be tough to beat.
Still, it’s way better than the Bengals offense. That ultra-conservative mindset they’re playing with is tough to watch.
