A non power 5 school will never get in the way it's currently constructed. Power 5 schools don't want to split the money pot with anyone else outside of their inner circle.

The two best teams in the SEC were in the West.
That means Cincinnati would maybe be the 4th best team in the SEC, and pribably not that high if they had to play a conference schedule. So no.

Which is why I say if this game is close in the 4th quarter, all ref calls will start leaning Georgia’s way. Committee can’t have a G5 team beating an SEC blue blood.

Amazing how scared supporters of P5 athletic programs with $80 Million + budgets are of some G5 schools with half the resources possibly getting a couple extra million.
