If Bama stays in the Top 4 even with a loss then they're winning the national championship 100%.

The way they lose won't matter.
2-loss Bama would need Michigan, Cincinnati or Oklahoma State to lose.

I don’t see how they do unless two of the following three things happen:

1. Cincinnati loses
2. Oklahoma State loses
3. Michigan loses

I’ll say it right now: 11-1 Notre Dame makes it over 11-2 Alabama (but it won’t come to that)

I think UGA, Oklahoma State, Cincy, and Michigan all get in over 2 loss Bama. One of those final 3 has to lose. They might even put in 2-loss Baylor or 11-1 Notre Dame just to avoid a rematch with UGA in the semis

I'm calling it now. If Bama loses AND one of the upsets happens, 10-2 Ole Miss comes out of nowhere to take the 4th seed

No and they shouldn’t even be there now.

1. UGA
2. Michigan
3. OkSt
4. Cincy

Without other upsets the committee would need to be scrapped completely and wed need to go back to some form of the bcs. (thats really what needs to happen now anyway)

If Oklahoma state loses I think the committee would even place an 11-2 Baylor over Bama. Tiebreaker being the conference championship.

I think this is 99% certain.

Most agree Cincy should be ahead of Notre Dame.

Rationale being the h2h AND a better record.

If Cincy loses, that rationale does not change one bit. And their one loss is an extra game ND didn't have to play. If you were gonna put ND ahead of Cincy, you should've already done it.

Ole Miss is behind ND in the current rankings. Unless Cinci gets walloped by Houston, making ND’s loss to Cinci look worse, there’s no way Ole Miss is jumping ND. Even if Cinci gets crushed by Houston, I don’t see Ole Miss jumping ND.

If Cinci loses, Cinci and ND both have one loss but ND has much stronger SOS. Therefore, ND jumps Cinci.

I mean, why not?

Their standards for the playoff are already different. May as well take it up a notch and just give them another chance.

This is what makes Saban so good too! You give him enough second/third chances, he will eventually win! (I will never forget that awesome quote from one of the idiots at ESPN).
