Vascular surgeons are trying to save Bears TE Zach Miller's leg, not just his career, per @mortreport.
JC... Prayers up for Miller.

Awful. Hoping for the best.

It looked like a terrible injury, but didn't realize it was that bad. Man I hope for the best here.

I just saw the highlight. How is that not a catch

Jesus. I hope it goes well.

Horrible. Prayers to him and his family.
Not as important, and I’m a Saints fan, but that was the worst overturn of a call I can remember. That replay guy should lose his job. It was that egregious.

Same sort of injury occurred on a defensive lineman at Southern Miss in the mid 90's. After many surgeries, he lost his leg below the knee. But turns out, the injury actually put the guy on a path to success as he became a very good prosthetist.

And I thought when Theismann broke his leg that was awful. Compared to this it wasn't.

Was at the game and watched his cart after they took him off the field. They hung out on the sideline for about 10min. Talking to teammates & others. Then looked up about 25min later and the ambulance was finally leaving the tunnel
I'm no Dr but I hope those don't turn out to be precious minutes.

I really hope it’s not the Saints medical staff doing the surgery.

Fox showed the replay about 100 times because it was being reviewed. Just landed awkwardly on that leg. Sucks.

Why did that get downvoted? That is genuine concern there from people who've seen their incompetence.
