Since then a much better coach Brad Stevens has led the Boston Celtics to three conference finals.

C - Perkins
PF - Garnett
SF - Pierce
SG - Allen
PG - Rondo
That teams wins multiple championships with a better coach.
Had Griffin, Jordan, Paul, Reddick, and Crawford, and never made it to a conference final

Smart move on his part. Previous coaches almost never make it through a rebuild. Better to get on with his career ASAP than stick around only to move on after 2-3 wasted years.

he blew a 3-2 series lead in the finals in 2010. we had a 12 point lead in the 4th over the fakers in game 7. doc had garbage rotations. got us beat. even though perk got hurt in game 6. still no excuse. we had that game. refs sure helped fakers also get to foul line late. doc is trash.

Lakers shot twice as many FTs in the 4th Qtr of Game 7, than the Celtics shot the entire game. Perk doesn’t get hurt Celtics win the series. Also doesn’t help that Sheed used playoff games to get into shape.
