Do people still hate Kirk Herbstreit?

i remember the shitstorm and him having to move because he got so much shite for hating on his alma mater, but overall i think he is one of the best guys in the business and actually has a passion for college football that shows through and through.
and he's actually a pretty likeable guy. i would take 10 kirk herbstreits over 1 stephen A smith or will cain

I’ve always liked him for the most part. On occasion he’ll have an opinion that irks me but no biggie. He’s good at what he does and really the entire Gameday crew seem likes fun bunch that love what they do.
Herbie, Desmond and of course Corso just scream college football to me. Gameday is the single ESPN show that I’ll go out of my way to watch anymore
