Wow! This stadium looks really silly. I don't see how the shorthorns are ever going to win a game in that thing.

Looks like a huge money maker to me...more seats...more $$$$ in Texas Athletic Dept. pockets.

I don't get why some are going to bang other programs stadium?

They do have a kick arse scoreboard and reply board.

Just saying.

Hate to tell you guys this, but there expansion is a newer version of 50's (or is it the 60's?)addition to Tiger Stadium.

Bang all you want, but it sure adds to the "curb appeal" for the Horms when it comes to recruiting.

Recruiting has never been a problem for Texas. I'm just saying their stadium looks stupid as hell. And what makes it even more funny is they spent a boat load of money to get it that way. What were they thinking?

That looks better looking out of the south endzone.

From the new pictures just posted, that place looks intemidating as hell.

Good Gawd, that place looks huge.

I know, it is not Tiger Stadium...but you have to understand, Texas is the "New Money" crowd....it will never have the feel of LSU's "Old Money" feel.

Kind of a wierd way to explain it, I guess?

That is exactly how their stadium will look in the 4th quarter after a few losses this year...

I'll take Tiger Stadium over any, ANY day.

The plan had always been to fully complete the NEZ at this point & time and then complete the SEZ around 2015 or so. Nothing has changed.

Yes! However, we all know that Texas has "all that oil money." How else did they ever win those earlier MNCs before scholarship limitations?

I hope A&M makes it 3 years in a row!!!

Longhorn fans are the worst...yes, Longhorn fans! The ones that actually attended UT are tolerable. It is the Texas State types...

those type of fans you are talking about were Aggie fans 15 years ago.

Bingo. The UT fans I have encountered, outside of my family (which is mostly UT alum) respect LSU. we kinda unite on the hate for A&M. And LSU 'fan' who pulls for A&M over anybody should look in the mirror and think twice. I would take the Horns over the (f)ags any day of the week!

Most Texas fans I know have no problem with LSU and are really just dying for a home-home series with y'all (myself included). It's been too long since I've seen a game in Death Valley. Way too long.

Oh and getting back to the original topic, this should give you an idea of what DKR-TMS will look like when they really finish construction in the next decade or so:

Certainly won't be the best but not too shabby either.
