I was thinking of the 38-0 game in 2001.

One whole year off

And technically it was 2002 because it was January 6th.

Nah, he's the ultimate niners fan. He knows they won. I think he may be a niners historian.

at making a huge thing of being 1 year off when remembering a game that happened over decade ago and oh yeah it actually did happen in 2002 if you want to get technical about it.

Saints fans on this board are fricking pathetic.

And I am sure that you believe this.

Every fan base is exactly the same. They all have their share of idiots. If you live on a message board you're more likely to see the bad side of fans because of the anonymity. And if you hate a team you're more likely to have your jimmies rustled by any little thing they say.

You're lucky i'm even being nice enough to acknowledge that it happened during what is commonly known as the 2001 season. If I wanted to use your tactics I would blast you for being an idiot because I was right in that the game happened in 2002.

Yep. I feel good that one of the biggest jokes on this site thinks I'm pathetic.

At the saints game today the golden band from tiger land along with the golden girls performed pre game and a saints fan next to me had no idea whose band was on the field. Surprised the hell out of me that a football fan in Louisiana had no idea what lsu looked like.

Maybe I'll change allegiances and pick a random team like you.

I'm thinking the Kansas City Chiefs. Might as well become a Calgary Flames fan while I'm at it. And the Orioles. That should do it for now!

I didn't grow up in New Orleans so why would I grow up a Saints fan?

Wow, original. You have an unhealthy obsession with the Saints franchise for a non-fan. Its like you sit around all day in hopes of a Saints topic on the MSB popping up so you can drop one of these recycled barbs. Sad, really.

I like the Saints. They bring in a lot of money and exposure to my state. I hope they do well except against 1 team.

A small minority of Saints fans who like to invent their own history as it relates to their franchise and LSU annoy me, that's about it.
