Well since it isn't listed on the list of banned substances by the NCAA, no, why the hell would it be considered cheating?

It sure looked like it enhanced your performance. It turned one of my short, fat teammates into a gorilla.

It's not banned by IOC anymore either
But it is an enhancer
But it is an enhancer

I thought Creatine was banned by the NCAA?

Yes...my baseball coach actually made me a shake everyday to drink with it.

Creatine does damage to kidneys that's why a bunch of people got away from it.

My team had a 5'8 offensive lineman who was maybe 170lbs and we made it to the state semi-finals with a few players of that build playing traditionally bigger positions. They all took creatine.

No it didn't, doing cycles of it while busting his arse in the weight room did. If you take Creatine and dint work out just look like you just added a bunch of water weight.

Well any supplement is an "enhancer". That doesn't mean it is cheating to use it.

So you've asked us if doing something that isn't against the rules is cheating, and then you've begun eating popcorn. Great thread.

yeah if I had known back then how terrible it is for you, I would've stayed away. I definitely didn't drink enough water in the summer while drinking it.
