Nothing wrong with a fancy first name when you have a generic last name like Jones.

My grandfather’s name was Roland. It’s not an unheard of name, at all. It’s a name from German origin.

McCorkle has to be one of the dorkiest names I've ever heard...but apparently it's Norse for "Thor's Cauldron", so I guess there are worse things to be named after than the Thunder god's pot.
