If you think a few shots to the head is an arse whopping to McGregor then IDK what to tell you. If Conor wins nobody critiques him for talking so much shite, because it’s a part of his stage act. I will say that this fight he came off as a caricature of his former self and it was obvious. Even the casual mma fan knew that Conor isn’t a ground fighter
The rematch will be even bigger while both and everyone else will rake in the benefits. The fights aren’t staged but the circus around them does everything to help the oversaturation of PPV fights these days

Are you sure this guy who jumped into the ring and was following Khabib into the crowd was going to get him? Or was he going to join Khabib in his attack on McGregor’s trainer? Connor may have saved his corner from having to fight multiple attackers. Hard to tell. But going into the crowd will get you seriously disciplined, pretty much always.
