If the woman is the only one who suffers her career because of this incident, oh boy.

The left will complain about it, but they have totally different jobs.

As was stated, she has to ensure she doesn’t even give the appearance of impropriety to uphold the NYT ethical standards which she failed. That is why she is getting canned.

It has nothing to do with a double standard or men getting treated differently

Vrabel has a duty to get his team ready to play and doesn’t have the same ethical issues. He’s caused a distraction for his team which is problematic, but the patriots just want this to go away

She’s still blaming everyone else

She’ll end up at Barstool.

She’s really a miserable lady. The shite she says about her husband is awful

I’d never heard of her personally until the Vrabel thing came out

Instead of actually denying any wrongdoing occurred, she decides to act holier than thou and blame everyone else. What a whore.

Deny it and resign so they stop the internal investigation. She's done as an insider but with no official word on the scandal she can turn up doing a podcast by football season. Just gotta hope her husband and Vrabel's wife keep quiet.

if male insiders were held to a similar standard of ethics, none of them would exist.

Today I learned that every male insider is gay.

Pretty sure the stories stand behind her more often.

I enjoy listening to her when she is a guest on PMT.

Completely disagree. I have heard her several times on Russillo and she comes off as full of herself. I get that she’s an “insider,” but she makes it sound like she’s bragging about all the players and coaches she talks to.

You are correct. But that didn’t stop the nfl from putting strong messages like “Stop Racism” in their endzone

Please give us a reason to believe you are not this stupid?

The only reason that is painted in End Zones and put on helmets is because 70% of the players are black and that is the truth.

Because she is a whore and is slinging that poon around. This has been known about her for years it isn't exactly a secret.

When the Page Six item first appeared, The Athletic supported me unequivocally, expressed confidence in my work and pride in my journalism. For that I am grateful.
So honor your contract with them
quote:

In the days that followed, unfortunately, commentators in various media have engaged in self-feeding speculation that is simply unmoored from the facts. Moreover, this media frenzy is hurtling forward without regard for the review process The Athletic is trying to complete.
External forces aren’t impacting that. Particularly if your employer has your back as you claim.
quote:

It continues to escalate, fueled by repeated leaks, and I have no interest in submitting to a public inquiry that has already caused far more damage than I am willing to accept.
Public inquiry is going to happen no matter what. Public inquiry also does not “cause” anything, it is a response to things people do. And if you think you’re going to be treated unfairly because of such external forces, you don’t resign because then you lose the ability to sue
quote:

Rather than allowing this to continue, I have decided to step aside now — before my current contract expires on June 30.
Only action this does is ends the review process and any possibility of wrongdoing (or exoneration) being determined. “This” continues for the rest of your life
quote:

I do so not because I accept the narrative that has been constructed around this episode
Your actions set the narrative. You don’t get to write it
quote:

but because I refuse to lend it further oxygen or to let it define me or my career
Sorry toots but it’s defined your career now. The best thing for your career reputation would have been Athletic concluding you didn’t do anything wrong. You left because you knew what they’d find

Leaving under these conditions with such a narrative really only makes sense when you’re a bitch that refuses to accept accountability

I will feel bad for her if it comes out that they were on a group vacation as they claimed and nothing happened. she did have some inside information regarding the Patriots and titans recently though
