Seems like an inside job. Even the safest communities/colleges have locker rooms and valuables locked up.

I'm not after Deion. I think its admirable that he is trying to be a good role model to these young men. I am after the mindset and attitude that festers in the african american community that glorifies gang violence, criminal activity and has created an acceptance of being in a welfare state.
