People claiming bad buoyancy is issue for black swimmers and not opportunity are either prejudiced or low iq or both.
I find it interesting that summer Olympic sprints are not full of Congolese and Nigerian runners.
Its possible that the selection process of slave markets is seen in western hemisphere track performances. The actual black Africans dont do doodley squat.
