West: "I think we got to the point to where things we were doing just weren't effective."

If the only thing that changes from this move is that Collison and Thornton play more, I will be happy.

You can tell that D West was beyond frustrated.

agree. This organization had to know BScott lost this team after the Nuggets beat down, just didn't want to pay two coaches at once

I 'd when I saw D. Brown in your Avatar. I have to say that Peja is giving him a run for his money on being the worst on the team.

I read some quotes from him on hornets247 after the game last night, where he basically said "our system sucks." It was the closest thing to calling out a coach that I can remember. You could tell they were nearing an apex.

What I want to know is what other players were on board with a regime change?

Chris Paul had to be behind it or it would not have happened.

I am covinced that more than half the players were having major problems with Scott and . I am sure CP had a good relationship with him but knows the team would not win a championship with the guy. With that said neither do I think the players would have success with Bower. It doesn't have to be until after the season but Shinn needs to sell his majority ownership and let Chouest get full control. A whole new F.O. and coaching staff is a must for the near future

Shinn definitely needs to sell his shares to someone that knows how to run an NBA franchise, because his incompetence is killing the franchise.
