After the guy dropped the first one you would think he would have done something different

Still perplexed why they rushed 5

They had just sacked him 4 out of 5 plays

And #10 for Baylor was about a foot from making it 5 sacks.

ALL I can say is that game was way more entertaining than Oklahoma / Tennessee.

Yeah. I liked how they overloaded his throwing side and rushed the QB, it just didn’t work. They got close but not quite there.

DB wasn’t in a bad spot he just fell on slick grass.

Overall I wasn’t impressed by Colorado, but was very impressed by Shadeur and Travis hunter.

Idk why people love throwing outcoached around so much

Isn’t recruiting part of his job as a head coach? Baylor isn’t some unknown Mountain West program. They’re a Big 12 program that has had a good bit of success over the last 15 years. Maybe he needs to bring in a few higher level players if talent is an issue.

its no secret Aranda isn't big on recruiting..mix that in with NIL and the transfer portal im surprised he has lasted this long.

just makes it so much tougher to not only recruit new players, but retain current players.

Recruiting shouldn’t be that hard in Texas

I don’t think this ever happens.

Dave Aranda is Not Goodby smash williamsAranda has never really played a prevent style defense, prime example is 2019 game against Bama.

Yep, had flashbacks to lsu getting burned when the game should have been over.

Yes, but being “out coached” always refers to on-the-field game day coaching.

Also, recruiting is a new animal now with portal and NIL so it’s really hard to make a real judgment on a coach’s recruiting ability. Players are unrestricted free agents.

Right. So many Hail Marys are scuttled by QB pressure that it’s worth sending someone after the QB.

Well by the looks of it, LSU will need a new DC next season, so the timing seems great.

We need dudes on defense. Baker can do that.

He lost the game on the last offensive drive. Had a chance to go up two scores after a fumble recover with good field position. He went conservative and they got out of field goal position.

Thank you. That was some of the stupidest HC decision-making I have ever seen.

Baylor needs to move on.

Good, but not great. Was overrated as a DC at LSU. His defenses were better than any LSU has fielded this decade, but that’s because he had talented players with which to work and good recruiters around him to overcome his recruiting deficiencies.

And even with that, his 2019 LSU defense underachieved for 2/3 of the season. I just never understand why people around here act like he split the atom.

People downvoting... but this the truth... Prime skill position players can play anywhere in the country

Honey, he played for the FG at the end, and got owned by Prime out of the timeout. Baylor deserves to lose. Baylor can’t win if they don’t cheat.

Baker is making improvements. Tge talent at LB and DB’s is the worst in my lifetime. Baker can only do so much. Players have been in position but fail to execute.
