Well, Caratini's stick was good to have and some of his value was as a 1B and LHed stick off the bench, but with the surplus of IFs, he was likely reduced to more of just the backup C role
Salazar doesn't provide anything extra. Will be limited to Diaz's days off only, IMO

Diaz also probably isn’t gonna be DHing much at all with the current roster construction, as we have too many DHs as is. I am fine with Salazar as a backup C personally, maybe if someone gets put on waivers or there’s a minor league FA deal that’s an upgrade then make a move

Looks like we’re in mid season form

Poor Jake already broken from carrying the team in February.
Meanwhile, LMJ actually threw 93-94 MPH yesterday in a scoreless inning.

Watched his inning from that lame high angle then checked the savant.
Not expecting anything, but rooting for him was nice to see him hit 94 on the sinker.
Altuve got robbed of a HR to dead center, and they drew a ton of walks again (10).
Trammell has had a nice start to spring. Cole and Loperfido each seem to be hitting the ball hard but right at people when they aren’t K’ing. Think TK said Cole had 3 100+ exit velo’s the other day nothing to show.
Fun lineup today with Burrows pitching. Shame it’s not being broadcasted

Walker just got a lined hit to LC on a high 100.4 FB
They immediately pinch ran for him and are checking vitals

Sounds like he's been visiting Jurickson Profar's sports psychologist.
Off-Topic:
I saw an article about Kyle Tucker leaving Dodger's Spring Training -- turns out his homely looking wife is giving birth to their first child. The article included this snippet (emphasis is mine):
quote:
The Dodgers are Tucker’s third organization after previous stops with the Houston Astros and Chicago Cubs. Now entering his first spring training with Los Angeles, he prepares for a season where expectations will be higher than ever, but he will also have the strongest supporting cast of his career around him.
For former Astros players that went on to other teams, I've never felt the need to root against those players. I simply root for the Astros.
But as for Tucker is concerned, with him going to the Dodgers after all the shite they said about his Astros teammates post-2017. Tucker gets the Mike Fiers rat treatment from me. I know, I know... he and his $60mm/year are going to be really hurt by my words.

Its minor. Not a big deal. He'll miss a couple weeks and be back for the start of the second half.

We knew about Bo Nix before Payton even got to the podium, yet for this we have to hope to know more tomorrow.

If tweet fails to load, click here. Oh good. A hand specialist. That worked out so well for Yordan.
“Jeremy’s got a contusion. We hope to see him back by opening day. Three months later “oh wait it was broken in 10 places.”
