Best we can do is 6 years and a tarjeta de regalo to Taquerias Arandas. Last offer.

I have it on good authority that the offer also includes his personalized parking spot at Houston area HEBs. However, the sticking point is the fine print, his parking spot's proximity to the door is directly related to his batting average.

He's a bit worried he will always have to park next to the car wash.

People on message boards love the idea of a rebuild and getting to play with trade simulators, researching draft prospects, etc. I don’t know anyone in real life that’s begging for the Astros to completely tear it down.

Shoutout Boo. He’s crumming RN prolly, he’s been banging the Walker drum for a long time

The age concerns me a little bit, but Walker is really damn good. Obviously closes the door on Bregman which isn’t shocking

It’s kinda giving me Abreu vibes.

Abreu might also not have been 35. And the regression had shown in his contract year and we kind of wrote it off as a blip. Walker hasn’t shown that at all

He was 89th percentile in bat speed last year on Statcast as an example

Altuve
Paredes
Yordan
Walker
Yainer

Is a pretty nice top 5 with a lot of pop. The issue is obviously it gets very thin after that. I still think they very much want to deal Pressly and I wonder if there’s an OF equivalent of him a team would want to swap. I also think they want to push Melton to the majors soon to fill one of those OF spots

If there’s anyone happy about not having to watch that fat frick Singleton start at 1B on a consistent basis, it’s me and Uncle Mike. God bless man

60 mil over 3 years. His Savant page is very red and he's an elite defender.

We will see! Does he slot in batting 2nd or 4th is the only question now.

Should be money left to add an OF. Might not be much of a drop off when all is said and done. Provided they sign said OF. Trotting out Dubon, Myers, and Chazz is not no beuno.

Damn I forgot we lose picks for signing Walker. That hurts

Nobody can doubt we are trying to keep the window open now though

Dana knows his job is on the line with the Tucker trade so he prob dgaf about losing picks and wants results now

Even someone like an Austin Hays would be a cheap option with a little upside
