They were still upset over the cubs during the ALDS.

Why can't the loser Red Sox fans start their own thread? Seems to be enough of them who have come out of the weeds.

Well, they tried starting Cubs threads... that didn't work out for them, so now they're trying something different.

Got a couple questions for you DATers today:

1. How would you like today's lineup/defensive positions to be? I'd want Altuve at DH after Sunday's scare, Marwin at 2B if Altuve can't be at 2B with Keuchel on the mound, and I want Kemp in LF. I want his bat in the lineup in the 9 spot.

2. This question might be dumber, but with the Red Sox pitching around Bregman and to get to Yuli behind him, do you think our pitching would consider doing the same with Mookie? He's had a pretty good series at the plate and he was excellent last game so he worries me a lot. Just a thought though.

1. Agreed
2. I know Benintendi hits after Mookie but JD is the three hole so I'm not crazy about having a man on for him.

So you'd put Correa over Yuli hoohoo? Not that I disagree I just think it's interesting.

I don't like Yuli hitting right behind Bregman. Cora admitted they're pitching around him, so if there's anything less than 2 outs they're setting up a damn near automatic double play with Yuli.

Outside of Bregman and George, Marwin has been swinging one of the hottest bats. So I'd move him up to give some protection to Bregman. Beyond that swap, I'm not sure if there's much benefit to having Correa over Yuli, that's just what I'd do.

I'd argue Marwin had been hotter than both Bregman and Springer.

Not looking good. Too many factors working against them.

Not that I disagree but the Sox have 6 SB threats in the lineup. Hoping his arm doesn't play a factor.

Betts - 30
Benintendi - 21
Bogaerts - 8 (15 last year)
Kinsler - 16
Nunez - 7 (24 last year)
JBJ - 17

You must be new to baseball. It happens every year. And it'll happen again tomorrow when the NL series starts at 2:05pm Los Angeles time.
