Yea I thought for sure they’d avoid Walker against these power RH arms and we’d see Wade at 1st.
The shittiest thing about this team is that they do just enough to give themselves 5-6 legit scoring opportunities a game only to just shite down their legs damn near every time for the last 2-3 weeks.
I know this team has been good at scoring with 2 outs all year, but their RISP avg in September has to be sub .150

One of the reasons we’ll never know is because he started a catcher who was barely capable of sprinting and routinely whiffed catching balls for the entirety of a 7 game ALCS

And the more I think about it, Diaz spends the whole season swinging at EVERYTHING, then comes up in a spot w bases loaded nobody out and gets a 3-1 FB in the zone and misses it. Followed by not only looking st a strike, but costing his team a challenge

Yainer is hitting .311 with an .829 in the second half. He’s more than done his share to get a little grace as opposed to the Walker’s and Cam’s.
Both are frustrating but Yainer has delivered and done a great job the last few months.

I get aggravated with Yainer at times to be sure but Walker just consistently fails in that situation. Can’t even muster a deep flyball.
