I've never seen a GM get his arse handed to him so badly immediately after the trade deadline than this week for Luhnow.

Jeff Luhnow deserves to be trashed for his nonsense lately.
The trade deadline was a complete failure. His weird decision to call up and play JD Davis probablycost his team the game and series tonight. Fans should be pissed off.

This is also true. Like I said early in this thread, we need to sit him permanently for the good of the team. We only win when he doesn't play.

Not doing anything to help the team =/= doing something to hurt the team in a game.
I don't blame Davis or Liriano for sucking. I blame Luhnow for putting them in the position to suck.

We've also turned into a jekyl and Hyde offense at home. 18 hits one night. 5 the next. And still, if we just put a ball in play or play somewhat decent defense, we win. The series losses at home are getting old.

You've really gotta quit bitching about off days. With all our injuries, Hinch is trying to keep these guys as healthy as possible. There's like a dozen more legitimate things to complain about.

Hinch should not have used Liriano in the 10th over Gregerson (I know, great options and all...lol) but it's the GM's fault that Hinch has such limited options in the pen.
The GM also thought it was brilliant to call a bad defensive 3B up to the majors after 16 AAA games.

Dhav, do you really need to have the whole game off? How about pinch hit Marwin for Davis in the 7th? Then he only plays 2 and a half innings.

The injuries are really limiting our ability to put a good defensive lineup out there, but between Bregs-Marwin-Yuli there is no reason to have JD Davis playing 3rd. Ever.

They play in air conditioning. Altuve is 27 years old. There's no reason for all the off days.

I have no problem with pinch hitting, but that's only a partial component of all your complaining about players resting
