I haven’t seen it talked about here but Urquidy is starting Sunday and France to the bullpen? WTF? France?

On the France to the bullpen thing I was hoping I heard that wrong. Makes sense to save his arm a bit but I think he should for sure just be used as a starter. Might be a thing to do with the off day coming up and manipulating his next start
