“Over the last few days, I’ve seen my name and pristine reputation muddied by many of you DATers—or should I say DAT turds—here in this very forum. One game later and the organization and fandom are already reaping the fruits of my labor. I don’t come here often, usually to lurk and see what kind of players I should avoid advising Jimbo to sign, but I can definitely see myself mingling with the other half more and more as I transition into my new role as GM. I recently heard of this ‘baseball reference’ internet page that allows me to look at the backs of many baseball cards in short order rather than having to go to the store and buy pack after pack of cards looking for just the right outfielder. Since I’ll be on the webs more often, I’ll visit here more often. Until next time DAT turds, Baggy bids you adieu.”

If Baggy knew how to use a computer doodad, he'd school you non players of ball on how you build out a roster of gritty, hard arse, rub some dirt on it types that go win championships.

This might be one of those weird deals where a team goes on a run when you least expect it. Backs against the wall, starting pitching is in shambles, bullpen is tired, GM has been shite-canned, manager is very publicly a lame-duck.

I'm not saying, I am just saying....

I’m not too good at math, but I believe we’re undefeated since Dana got axed. Long live Bags!

Yanks win today.

No way they lose 2 in a row to the Astros.

For LittleAvery's life size blowup-Judge doll's sake, I hope you are right.

Bagwell is an Astros legend and genuinely cares about helping the team be successful. Not sure how much influence he has with Crane, but Id bet he’s pretty involved.
