It's pretty dead. No Springer and Correa hurts a lot. I am concerned about Keuchel as well but we have won (and been leading) numerous games where the starter went 5 and gave up 3 runs it seems like

Usually we're at least working a starter, Pruitt is giving us the business

Keuchel is the last guy on my list of pitchers on our staff to be worried about when it counts.
This is his 2nd start from a long DL stint.
The only player on this team more worthy of speaking up about the disappointment in management of not managing is Altuve.
Let's hope they don't speak through their agents come contract time.
I mean who doesn't want to win WS rings? They want to play for the teams that put themselves in position to win NOW. The Yankees, the Dodgers, the Red Sox, and the Cubs.

It's cool though.
Daz Cameron has a walk and run scored in low-A ball tonight.

Luhnow guns for championships.

Fanning the flames of despair in DAT is actually a lot of fun. I mean, I'd rather score some runs and win this game, but you gotta have alternatives handy.

Then he'll do that when he leaves for one of those teams in 2019. Getting everyone riled up now isn't the time to do it. You want to bitch about moves being made you do it after the season is over.
I can appreciate a guy speaking his mind on the way the team is playing and whatnot but criticizing the GM during the season is dumb
Not to mention if HE doesn't play well down the stretch he'll look like an idiot

I honestly think there's zero chance we retain Keuchel long term and I am okay with that. He throws 88 in his prime and has been racking up the injuries the last couple years.
Hopefully he can get one while he's here

George is clearly hurt bad. Couldn't even move to get that foul chopper.

Kalas wants George to get on the mic and talk to him so bad

I'll be interested to see if he's chasing money or rings.
If he's chasing money he'll end up on the Reds or something and toil in mediocrity again

Altuve has been pathetic tonight

It's LIT in Quad Cities.
I've already got my plane ticket to buies creek for the championship parade. Old school non analytics based teams load up on the major league squad. Luhnow plays it smart and has given us the opportunity to compete at all levels.

I have to watch the Rangers and get Astros updates, sucks.
At least Sipp is gone. It's complete. Castro, Gomez, and Sipp gone.
World Series contenders.
