Not sure if y’all saw the DAT mouthpiece Jake Kaplan’s article on tucker but per his report it was tucker who approached the organization about playing some first. I may joke about him but ludlow is clearly one of if not the best gms in baseball but every once in a while he just doesn’t do the easy smart thing staring him in his face

There’s been no reason not to try Tucker at first just to see if he has any use there for the future. It’s sad Tucker had to request to get time there. That’s on Luhnow and his minor-league staff.

I think Tucker wants the quickest path to the MLB. He probably doesnt even care about not playing everyday like Luhnow.
