Typical though. 2nd 3rd no outs and we barely scratch out a run

Think what they could have gotten for Walker and Pena............maybe another Daulton Varsho

Why the frick do we have Nick Allen instead of Dubon? At least Dubon fit in with the team and was actually a better hitter and fielder. I know, I know, cost saving. That seems like a Bagwell decision.

The problem is Nick Allen. There were reasons to move on from Dubon...but replacing him with Allen was lol.

Dubon was making too much money. They saved more than $4.5 million this year in that trade.
Saw a stat today that Allen's offensive numbers this year are basically what Dubon's were in '24 and '25. Ten points higher slug for Dubon, 8 points higher OBP for Allen, BA roughly the same (3 points higher for Allen).
This year, Dubon is better offensively across the board, no doubt. But we weren't getting that Dubon the last 2 years. Dubon was good defensively here, but we have outfielders who can field and can't hit. Dubon has 61 RBIs this year. No one saw that coming.
And, yes, Allen stinks, but so did Dubon when he was here, at least offensively.

I hate looking at what other teams are doing but the Rangers have just lost

When was the last time this team was enjoyable to watch? The rangers sweep 2.5 weeks ago?

Siri tagged that one pretty good.
Great job by the bullpen arms. Fine enough job by Pecko for his debut.
Offense, frick off

Fitting that The Franchise caught the final out.

Struggling to beat the Angels feels dirty, but I will give a little credit. Their starter had some nasty stuff and getting 3 runs off of him was good. And the bullpen was lights out. So good win.
We desperately need Lambert to go at least 6 tomorrow.

In Telluride for the week and realized CO allows online sports betting
Took Angels +1.5 at -165 and parlayed it with Angels pitcher O 4.5 Ks
The Unicorn! Astros win AND I win
