Not sure about this. Think I’d rather Cease

A’s have the lead headed into the 9th. Arrington has lead going into the 9th

Everybody: BAT!

Dana: I know but can I interest you in a fallen ace instead?

I would move Melton for a Cease rental if ur trying to win it and getting nothing for Framber

You would need Cease for any chance in a 7 game playoff series

What has Melton done? He can’t watch a HR ball into the Crawford Boxes w/o twisting his ankle

It will take more than Melton I’m sure, but nothing real painful given that we don’t have anything left. LOL

Only good thing about Alcantara is he’s not a rental.

Think he’d been good last two times out too. I trust the pitching lab with someone of his profile. Probably would cost entirely too much, but again a flash name that Crane loves

Everybody: Okay, okay, your fallen ace can't actually hit worse than the AAAA guys you've been rolling out there all season.

Dana: Look, it's a process. You have to understand, we are going to win the trade deadline because we will get Pena, Alvarez and Meyers back later this century... I mean, season.

Mariners winning the trade deadline. But at least they lost tonight. Lead back up to 5 games.

Phew was worrying A’s not using Miller wouldn’t end up costing the game.

Big 4 game set in Seattle btwn the maybe staying pat Rangers and the hardcore buying Mariners starting tomorrow

I’m still in awe on the haul the Astros got for Tucker. Now the Chicago media is against them resigning him. While the Astros hit the jackpot with Smith and Parades (as long as his leg doesn’t need to get amputated)

1 of Willie Adams or Correa AND Cease or Alcantara and I’m happy and will refrain from motherfricking Dana Brown for 72 hours

Alcantara is perfect for our short and medium term goals. It's all about the cost.

I'll take Jeff McNeil and Sandy Alcantara, please and thank you.

would rather Baty. Same player, will cost less next year. Plus Baty offers longer control. Get him out of NYC, I think he thrives. He is a country boy at heart and soul.

I'll trust you on your boy. Either/or is fine by me.

Meanwhile...

shite.

I'm still waiting on the post by old Bob saying something like:

"The Detroit Tigers have aquired Framber Valdez, and Chaz McCormick from the Houston Astros for Max Clark, Kevin McGonigle, and BBB."
