Agree, since we’re in this position, let’s see what we’ve got.

11, Astros would be 12.

The record is 14, by Edwin Jackson... he might be available if he wants to make it 15.

Think it’ll be 12 teams once he’s announced as an Astro.

Looks like Springer is getting the day off. Probably the right call don't think he's in a great place mentally.

Tucker 7
Altuve 4
Bregman 5
Brantley DH
Yuli 3
Correa 6
Reddick 9
Straw 8
Moldy 2

I'm really surprised nobody has mentioned Octavio Dotel on this thread yet...maybe he still has an inning or 2 in him?

Apparently Springer's knee is sore from running into the wall against the Mariners.

Dusty said Straw had been dealing with a hamstring issue, I'm excited to see him tonight.

We could play him tonight to throw 100 mph at the Dodgers but he'd miss all of them.

I don't do Reddit, in fact I hate it. Won't ever catch me reading them because people seem unhinged from the shite posted on the OT

Dave Roberts is also serving a suspension tonight. An 8 game suspension over a 60 game season is equivalent to a 22 game suspension over a full 162.

The Dodgers have had more players suspended as a result of the cheating scandal than the Astros!

I am addicted to just reading unhinged seething on the internet, unfortunately

Reddit is great for lefty drama and here is great for Q-tards and boomers

I would love to see some Astros taunting Kelly.

Maybe have Bregs draw an 8 in the dirt during his first AB

Everyone already hates us, let’s just be real petty about it

Agreed I think a fine would have been more than sufficient. Eight games is wild

But at the end of the day frick Joe Kelly

ETA: Got off Reddit like a month ago, went and checked r/baseball and it is absolutely unhinged.

Kelly is getting the same kind of example punishment the Astros got. Ignore the warning, get a heavy punishment to deter anyone else from doing it. MLB was clear before the spring they weren't going to let the Astros players be headhunted, they got even more stern about it with the covid stuff. They're coming out of the gate heavy handed on Kelly to stem anymore of it.
