I despise Gary Pettis.

To be fair, they mentioned earlier Jose didn't even look at him rounding 3rd, he might have done that again.

RF also seems to have a bit of an arm

ETA: and Jose has a tendency to derp it up on the bases

Kalas said Altuve was sent in his play-by-play.

If so, Pettis is again incompetent.

Most right fielders do. And it was a scalded line drive that got to him on one hop. It was moronic for the runner not to stop at 3B there.

When Correa faces a pitcher that does not possess an out pitch, he is guaranteed to give a QAB.

Just a professional hitter.

Holy mother fricking shite get Paulino out the game immediately. He's leaving meatballs across the plate and they're fricking crushing him.

I almost don't want Paulino to go 5 innings to qualify for a win he doesn't deserve.

He doesn't deserve it, but the bullpen needs it.

Martes, Paulino, Musgrove all have lots of potential but aren't quite ready yet. Once our rotation is healthy and if we make a trade, the ones we don't trade will be able to work on stuff in AAA. That'll be good for them.

I'd be ok with Martes in the pen, if he's still on the Astros in 6 weeks

Finally score runs at home and end up in a dog fight against the worst team in baseball.

Definitely not the worst team in baseball. They even swept the Yankees about a week ago.

I understand your point, but the A's aren't even the worst team in the AL

Looking forward to not having to watch them start a meaningful game anymore this season.

Also will be majorly disappointed if Luhnow does not rid the bullpen of Sipp. Things need to be completely shored up pitching-wise by August 1.

I'm thinking we get Doolittle from the A's. Would rather Blevins from the Mets.

But my favorite option is Not Tony Sipp, followed by not James Hoyt.
