Why MLB hasn't mandated that all new stadiums must have a roof (retractable or otherwise)... and give all existing open stadiums a 30 year mandate, rebuild or lose the franchise.
It is stupid this day and age to have a professional sporting event cancelled due to normal inclement weather. Hurricanes and Tornados, okay, I can see it. But for snow, rain, lightning -- just so dumb to not have a stadium built for inclement weather.
