I mean there could be a case made for any of the three but if you go by the stats the best offense, best pitching, best bullpen (per the stats) and best run differential BY FAR is the Astros.

I don't get the hinch model of sitting altuve when he has a day off in 2 days anyway. Against a good pitcher he has white and marisnick starting.

I said yesterday Hinch would probably give Altuve a day off in this series. He's rotated through the whole lineup in the last week.
Plus, 13 is on deck to keep the streak alive tonight. He had to play.

If White is playing in the field I do not want him playing anywhere but 1B. I guess you could switch Bregman and Marwin but I’m guessing Bregman is a better 2B than Marwin

Marwin has played 2B before when Altuve sat. I think that it's all about keeping Yuri in the lineup.

For a guy so driven with analytics, maybe it's just fun for him to throw caution to the wind occasionally.
When I played poker back in the day, I was a grinder. But I must admit, the few times in my career when I drank and loosened up were more memorable.
Not neccesarily profitable, though. LOL
