Good point. If thats doable, that would be even better. Not sure we’ll get those two without Whitley or Tucker in the deal.

Both are free agents at the end of the year. You can absolutely get them without including Tucker and Whitley
Tucker and Whitley are locks to be contributors in this “window”. Both guys are at most a year away from MLB

KC isn’t going to pull the trigger on a deal now because both of those guys are only going to get more expensive as the deadline nears
Also I would imagine it would take an overwhelming offer for KC to deal both of them in 1 trade as opposed to trading them separately
